Organizational justice is one of the crucial components that indicate the quality of the relationship between employers and employees. Unfair treatment among employees can build a negative attitude, leading to poor work performance, violation of rules, lower job satisfaction, and organizational performance (Yean, 2016). Thus, organizations have focused on enhancing justice in the workplace to improve satisfaction among employees. Researchers have also been exploring the job satisfaction and mental health issues among military personnel along with associated factors.
